The JCY-7031 portable flue gas preprocessor adopts a high-power compressor cooler, which can quickly condense and remove the moisture in the flue gas, minimize the influence of moisture on the flue gas detection results, effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the flue gas analyzer, and extend the service life of the instrument. The whole machine adopts a high-precision controller, which has the characteristics of simple operation, fast dehydration speed, and small loss of flue gas components, and meets the requirements of national standards for flue gas sampling.

4Technical Features
1)Using a high-power compressor for cooling, the cooling speed is fast, the cooling efficiency is high, and the cooling temperature can reach-10℃。
2) The sampling pipeline is fully heated to completely avoid condensation loss of flue gas in the sampling pipeline
3) The inner wall of the sampling pipeline is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, effectively avoiding smoke loss caused by adsorption on the inner wall
4) Heating and cooling both use DC low voltage, which is safer and more stable to use.

6) Built in metal sintering and PTFE two-stage filtration, with high filtration efficiency, protecting the backend analyzer from particle contamination.

8) Equipped with an automatic drainage peristaltic pump, the peristaltic pump is externally mounted for easy observation and replacement of pump tubing.
