1、 Packaging, specifications, and storage conditions:
1. This product is packaged in a 25kg woven bag (can be packed in cardboard boxes according to customer requirements).
2. Specification: 2cm * 3cm, specific gravity: 1.1 tons/cubic meter, specific surface area: 1.2 square meters/gram, porosity: 65%, physical strength: ≥ 1000KG/cm2
3. Store in a dry place and do not soak in water.
4. This product is corrosive when it absorbs water or becomes damp, and should not be mixed with metals.
2、 Activate and Add
1. Before adding the microelectrolyte tank for the first time, activation should be carried out by stirring and cleaning with 1-2% dilute hydrochloric acid for 3-5 minutes. After cleaning, the sewage is discharged into the regulating tank. Alternatively, the filler can be directly loaded into the reaction tank and aerated with 1-2% dilute hydrochloric acid for 10-20 minutes, and the waste liquid can be discharged into the regulating tank.
2. After cleaning and activation, immediately add the micro electrolysis tank. Before filling the tank, add enough clean water or sewage to ensure that the filling is not exposed to the air.
3. If the filler is exposed to air for a long time due to operational reasons during use, it should be aerated and cleaned with 1-2% dilute hydrochloric acid for 10 minutes before the next use. The waste liquid should be discharged into the regulating tank, and the micro electrolysis tank should be refilled with water for operation.
Operation and maintenance
(1) Independent microelectrolysis process
1. In an independent microelectrolysis process (i.e. wastewater is directly discharged after microelectrolysis oxidation treatment and sedimentation), an aeration air compressor should be installed in the microelectrolysis tank. The process preferably uses upper inlet water and lower outlet water, which ensures the cleaning and regeneration of the packing under normal working conditions. At the same time, sufficient oxygen supply improves the oxidation and decolorization capabilities of microelectrolysis, and can oxidize divalent iron ions to form hydroxide precipitation.
2. In an independent microelectrolysis process (upper inlet and lower outlet), some suspended solids float on the water surface due to strong air force. It is necessary to periodically and intermittently stop aeration to allow the wastewater to carry away the suspended solids.
3. If the bottom inlet and top outlet method is used in an independent microelectrolysis process, the machine should be shut down regularly (10-12 hours) for strong aeration flushing to regenerate the packing material.
(2) Micro electrolysis+Fenton oxidation process
1. Under the conditions of microelectrolysis and Fenton oxidation process, the divalent iron ions generated by the microelectrolysis process are the oxidation catalyst of Fenton oxidation process, so aeration reaction cannot be carried out during normal operation. In order to achieve online non-stop cleaning and regeneration of fillers, an internal circulation pump should be installed in the micro electrolysis tank, which uses tangential circulation of water flow in the tank to clean the surface adhesion of the fillers through mutual friction and collision in the internal circulation, always maintaining an efficient reaction state.
2. In the micro electrolysis+Fenton oxidation process, an air compressor aeration system can also be set up to periodically shut down for aeration cleaning.
3. This process generally adopts a bottom inlet and top outlet method.
Packing selection and dosage
(1) Selection:
According to the selection of sewage COD concentration, A-type fillers with lower prices can be chosen when the COD concentration is below 1000ppm; When the COD concentration of sewage is higher than 1000ppm, it is recommended to choose B-type fillers with better performance
