1、 Product Overview:
The IoT valve controlled cold (hot) water meter adopts advanced narrowband cellular communication technology. A separate control box is installed outside the water meter, and a low-power industrial grade highly integrated NB IoT communication module and industrial grade IoT SIM card are built-in. The signal network has deep coverage (underground meter wells, pipeline wells, etc. can all be used normally).
2、 Product composition:
The entire system of the water meter consists of NB IoT management system platform, base station, and water meter.
The microcomputer in this water meter automatically measures and stores water usage, and can automatically detect information such as the battery status of the water meter and the sampling sensor of the instrument. It has a long communication distance and efficient error correction coding technology, which greatly improves its resistance to sudden interference and sensitivity. It also has reliable error detection capability and can automatically filter out errors and false information. With many advantages such as ultra-low power consumption, wide connectivity, stable and reliable communication, simple construction, cost savings, easy operation, and convenient maintenance, it truly realizes the Internet of Things.

ØIP68 Waterproof:Fully sealed design, all circuits are sealed with high-performance sealant, without any exposed circuits. The battery product uses waterproof batteries, and the actuator adopts copper sealed red stamping manufacturing process. The overall waterproof rating of the product reaches IP68;
ØUnique address:The table has a unique address identifier, ensuring the uniqueness and correctness of the data;
ØSplit structure:The product adopts a split structure, which can lead the electronic part to the wellhead when installed in a deep well. The electronic part has a better working environment, more reliable operation, and more stable signal;

ØSpecial mechanism design:Discrete reporting mechanism: Discretize according to the last four digits of the IMEI number on the module used by the table side module. The discrete reporting interval is from 0:00 to 6:00, and the estimated reporting time is 30 seconds; Valve washing mechanism: The meter end module automatically performs valve washing every 30 days, with a half open and half closed operation during valve washing. If the module was originally in the open valve state, after reaching the valve cleaning date, the module will first close the valve halfway and then fully open the valve. If the module was originally in a closed state, after reaching the specified date, the module will first open the valve halfway and then completely close the valve.
ØControl valve:Attack valve closure: With anti magnetic attack function, when the sampling is subjected to external magnetic attack, the meter can automatically close the valve; Remote control valve: With remote valve control function, preset switch valve commands can be achieved through finger touch; Valve fault detection: Automatically determine whether the valve limit switch is working properly, and even if the limit switch fails, the valve can still be opened and closed normally.
