Internal heating stirring vacuum dryer

1、 Overview
The ZJG improved internal heating stirring vacuum dryer produced by our company is the first of its kind in China. This product was developed by relevant experts introducing foreign information and combining it with the actual situation in China and our technical personnel. At present, it is a domestic drying equipment with comprehensive technical performance at the domestic level.
Scope of Application
This dryer is suitable for the atmospheric pressure drying, vacuum drying, and drying of various chemical products such as dyes, dye intermediates, inorganic and organic pigments, as well as solid materials such as powders, granules, crystals, blocks, and filter cakes in industries such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, food, feed, mining, and environmentally friendly processing products, as well as liquid materials, including the drying of heat sensitive materials. Suitable for drying temperatures above 30 ℃. According to different requirements, steam heating, thermal oil heating, hot water heating, hot air stove heating, and even boiler flue gas heating can be used, with a wide range of adaptability.
This machine can replace rake dryers, hot air ovens, airflow dryers, boiling dryers (fluidized beds), vacuum dryers, flash dryers, and more, making it an ideal product for upgrading domestic drying equipment.
3、 Development background
Due to the lack of domestically produced high-efficiency and energy-saving drying machines, small, low efficiency, and high energy consuming rake drying machines or hot air ovens have to be used in chemical and light industry production. In order to meet the production capacity, multiple small drying machines are often operated in parallel. When the production scale is larger, only those with lower thermal efficiency (20-40%) that can meet large-scale production, such as airflow drying or fluidized bed drying, can be selected. The consequence is astonishing energy waste in production, and compared to industry, we are several decades behind.
4、 Performance characteristics
1. The manufacturing process is simple, and the shaft and scraper rod are all detachable (see attached figure), which is conducive to maintenance and improves the service life.
2. The internal heating plates can be grouped and connected in parallel to form one or more independent heating systems, providing flexible and convenient conditions for using temperature gradient heating for heat sources with different pressures or properties.
3. This dryer can adapt to various drying temperature requirements, including atmospheric pressure>100 ℃ and vacuum (30 ℃~100 ℃), to meet the drying needs of various materials (including thermosensitive materials), and can be used in solvent recovery processes (see Figure 2).
4. The internal heating dryer is suitable for drying various materials in powder or loose particle form, and can replace and outperform various imported large rotary disc heating dryers.
5、 Comparison of other types of dryers

A:
1. Strong applicability, capable of drying products of various properties or states, especially suitable for materials with thermal sensitivity and easy oxidation, can be dried under normal pressure or vacuum, and can recover various solvents.
2. High thermal efficiency, belonging to indirect internal heating drying method. The heat dissipation area and heat loss are extremely small, with a thermal efficiency of over 80% and a drying intensity 3-5 times that of ordinary drying equipment.
3. Due to its compact structure, ability to scale up, and small footprint.
4. Good sealing, no dust leakage, and no environmental pollution.
5. High degree of automation, easy operation, and low labor intensity.
6. The system is simple, detachable, and easy to maintain.
7. Low vibration and noise, quiet operating environment.
8. The overall structure is easy to install, and the seat can be dry. No special requirements are needed for the workshop and foundation.
B: Compared with the indirect heating rake dryer widely used in the 1940s, as shown in Table 1. Comparison with hot air oven, airflow drying, and fluidized bed drying is shown in Table 2.

It can be scaled up, with a single heating area of up to 50 square meters. Due to the insertion of thin heating plates, it promotes dispersion and thermal conductivity, resulting in high drying efficiency. The heating area with the same external dimensions is 5-8 times that of a rake dryer.

3. Price and steel consumption per unit area

The unit price is high due to the fact that adding a jacket shell does not facilitate heat transfer and requires a large amount of steel per unit heating area

4. Compactness

Not compact. Ineffective space is large and bulky, often requiring multiple units to be connected in parallel to meet production needs, occupying a large area of the factory building.

Compact. When the volume is the same, the heating area can be 8-10 times larger than that of a rake dryer. Generally, multiple parallel units are not required, occupying a small area of the factory building

6、 Social and economic benefits
With the global energy shortage, the industry attaches great importance to the development of energy-saving technologies and constantly updates them. However, our drying technology is still generally backward, and rake dryers of the 1940s level are still being applied and manufactured. Some imported equipment is often sold to us by foreign countries who consider the technology backward. Therefore, whether it is building a new factory or renovating an old enterprise, the ZJG type dryer can play a role and generate significant economic and social benefits.
