The internal circulation crystallization tank produced by our factory has been widely used in industries such as food, medicine, and chemical.

1. Characteristics of the equipment

Add a certain number of tubular heating devices at a certain height inside the cylinder of the equipment.
The unique bottom bearing structure (installed on the outside of the bottom head) allows for easy replacement of the bottom bearing and seals without disassembling the main shaft and gearbox.
Tube type heating utilizes the characteristic of the material being heated and then rushing upwards inside the tube to help the material roll and flow along the areas that cannot be reached by mixing. This not only increases the heating area, but also increases the evaporation surface area of the material due to the wave making and surging of the tube type heater, thereby shortening the time for evaporation concentration and crystallization, and improving production efficiency.
