Heating system: 1. Adopting stainless steel U-shaped heater, the continuous service life can reach more than 50000-60000 hours.

2. The heating time is about 15 minutes when the room temperature rises to 100 ℃ without load.

◆ Temperature control device: adopts PID 7000 digital temperature control instrument, automatic constant temperature control, with an accuracy of ± 1 ℃.

◆ Temperature measuring device: Stainless steel PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensing device, precise temperature measurement.

◆ Overtemperature protection: Overtemperature protection instrument device, which automatically cuts off the heating power supply when overheating occurs.

◆ Timing device: Timing instrument, can be manually/automatically switched on/off.

Alarm device: APT/AD16 type sound and light alarm, with an alarm prompt indicating the end of the constant temperature time.
