The quantitative control instrument system consists of flow meters, flow quantitative control instruments, solenoid valves, and distribution boxes.
1. External start, stop, and reset buttons are available.

4. Power off, restart and continue to measure according to the previous quantitative value.
5. Can query quantitative frequency, quantitative value, and quantitative time.

8. Can install size valves to control quantitative control, with more precise accuracy.
The above characteristics cannot be achieved simultaneously by other quantitative control instruments. The quantitative control instrument is absolutely perfectly configured and can change the internal program according to user requirements to make the operation more in line with on-site requirements.
It can achieve control over processes such as quantitative measurement, quantitative filling, and quantitative batching of fluids. The structure is shown in the figure.

At the beginning of quantitative measurement, the flow quantitative control instrument indicates that the solenoid valve is open and the fluid enters the flow sensor. flow sensor
Send the flow signal to the quantitative integrator controller and start measuring. When the flow reaches the set value, the quantitative integrator controller sends a command to disconnect the solenoid valve and restore it to its initial closed state.
Intelligent flow quantitative control instrumentrequirement:
The input of the controller is 4-20mA or pulse signal, with external start, stop, reset, and two relay outputs.
An intermediate relay needs to be added from the relay to the solenoid valve. If the solenoid valve is powered by 24V, a 24V switch needs to be added
Power Supply.
Note: Indicator light, button, intermediate relay, air switch, AC contactor (optional), quantitative controller (LCD)
Display, control box, form a control system to control the start or stop of the on-site (24VDC) solenoid valve, and an additional one needs to be added
The main power switch, flow meter, and solenoid valve need to be made according to the on-site requirements. (Accessories can be customized by users themselves)
Below is an explanation of the control method for everyone:
Measure the flow rate through a flowmeter, control the instrument to receive signals, and set the quantitative value in the control instrument. After the quantitative value is reached, the solenoid valve and water pump will shut down and stop working.
The functions of several switches in the instrument box:
System startup: After setting the required quantity, press this button to automatically open the solenoid valve and measure the medium through the pipeline.
System stop: The system can be stopped at will during operation.
System recovery: It can restore to the previously set quantity.
System reset: Accumulated amounts can be reset to zero.
Let me give you an example: Now we need to quantify 100m3 of water. The first step is to set the volume in the instrument to 100m3. Press the system start button, and then the solenoid valve, water pump, and flow meter will start working. The display will start counting down the cumulative value of the control instrument. When the volume reaches 0 from 100m3, the solenoid valve and flow meter will stop working.If you want to start again next time, press System Recovery, and then press System Start.

1. The control circuits and components inside the control box are customized according to the flow meters and equipment required by the customer. The signal lines are easy to connect and generally do not need to be adjusted upon arrival at the site;
2. The control box panel is equipped with buttons such as "start" and "stop", as well as a "status indicator light" display, making the display intuitive, the operation simple, convenient, and easy to learn;
3. The quantitative control value can be changed as needed each time, simply by operating within the quantitative control instrument;
4. The display parameters of the quantitative control instrument include current accumulation, total accumulation, instantaneous flow rate, time, input signal value of the flow meter, etc;
5. Equipped with large and small valve controls, which respectively control large and small flow rates to achieve precise quantitative control;
6. Equipped with a material loading query function, it can query the total number of material loading times, each loading time, each loading quantity, etc
