TR-80 series intelligent flow integrator
1、 Overview
The TR-80 series intelligent flow accumulation instrument is a new generation programmable automatic compensation flow accumulation control instrument, suitable for measuring various liquids, steam, natural gas, general gases, etc. It has been widely used in flow calculation and control in industries such as biology, petroleum, chemical, power, medicine, food, energy management, aerospace, and machinery manufacturing.
The use of a single-chip microprocessor control greatly improves the system stability, reliability, and safety of the instrument.
It has multiple input signal functions and can be matched with various differential pressure flow sensors, pressure flow sensors, and various frequency flow sensors (such as vortex street, turbine, orifice plate, etc.)
Adopting advanced microcomputer technology, it can meet the compensation requirements of various primary instruments.
Programming is simple, easy to master, fully functional, and versatile, capable of automatic compensation for pressure and temperature.
The input signal types of each channel can be freely changed through internal parameter settings.
It can be directly connected to a serial micro printer to achieve instant and timed printing of instantaneous flow measurement values, cumulative flow values, flow (differential pressure, frequency) input values, pressure compensation input values, and temperature compensation input values.
It has an extremely wide display range and can display the entire four digit instantaneous flow measurement value (0-9999 words), as well as the entire eight digit cumulative flow measurement value (0-9999999 words). It can be accurately accumulated to three decimal places (0.001).
By using the table lookup method for integration, highly accurate integration control can be achieved for superheated steam, saturated steam, etc. with full automation.
