Intelligent electric contact liquid level controllerReceive liquid level switch signals to L ED The current liquid level is indicated in digital form, and the liquid level value of each level switch can be set separately, and it can be connected to a computer for communication. Suitable for matching with various electric contact level gauges and float level gauges, used for measuring and displaying boiler drum water level and other liquid levels.
1. Designed with microcontroller technology, the liquid level values of each input contact can be flexibly set, and it can be used in conjunction with any manufacturer's electric contact level gauge float level gauge
2. The electrical contact instrument can connect up to 32 electrical contacts
3. 32 electrical contacts can be non uniformly linearly distributed, with each contact independently set with a set value
4. By freely distributing through relays, switch alarm outputs for each electrical contact can be set (up to 4 channels can be output)
5. Set the analog output for the current electrical contact, with 1-3 output channels
6. The light column can display the status one by one according to the set electrical contacts, or display the actual water level through fuzzy calculation based on the range of the total water level, and provide cursor indication of the alarm point (upper and lower limits of water level)
7. Can automatically distinguish different input faults and provide different switch alarm outputs
8. When the electrical contact misleads or disconnects, it can be set to skip the electrical contact
9. Can be powered on during measurement to reduce the electrolytic effect caused by alternating current and effectively extend the lifespan of the sensor
10. Supports RS485 asynchronous serial communication function for single host, multiple hosts, and no host. RS232 and USB interfaces can be connected through a conversion interface, and communication adopts the standard Moubus RTU communication protocol
