Overview
The SYC-UYZ-15 intelligent capacitive level gauge is a novel level measuring instrument that can be widely used in various industries for level detection of liquid media in the form of particles and powders. Especially in harsh environments with high temperature, strong corrosion, strong adhesion, and large dry adhesion dust, the measurement effect is incomparable to other level meters.

working principle
The intelligent capacitive level gauge uses the "oscillation circuit" inside the sensor to convert the change in capacitance of the material level in the silo into a 4-20mA current signal output through the CPU, thereby achieving continuous measurement of the material level.

Installation precautions
Installation method
1. It is recommended to use rigid electrodes for 0-3m and adopt flange threaded installation method;
2. It is recommended to use flexible electrodes with DN80 flange installation method for distances over 3m;
3. When selecting, the medium name (or dielectric constant) L1 (electrode insertion length), L2 (distance from flange surface to upper range), and H (measurement range) must be indicated.

- Insulated type: suitable for non viscous conductive media such as water, certain acids, carbon black, etc.
- Coaxial bare pole type: suitable for thinner insulation media (such as kerosene, light oil, certain organic solutions, liquid gases).
- Bare pole type: suitable for high viscosity insulation media, dry small particle media (such as asphalt, heavy oil, dry bath water sources, and grains).
- Coaxial insulation type: In the case where the container is not cylindrical, it is a non stick conductive or non insulating medium with poor conductivity.
- Insulated rope type: suitable for conductive media with a wide measurement range (such as water tanks, wells, reservoirs, etc.).
- Separate type: suitable for some non-standard electrodes and can be used for other special measurements such as material level.
Installation precautions
- If the installation position of this level gauge needs to be as close as possible to the feeding port, and the distance from the warehouse wall should not be less than 300mm.
- When the tested material is solid and the warehouse wall is concrete, attention should be paid to ensure that the grounding terminal of the level gauge housing is reliably connected to the concrete reinforcement with a wire.
