The temperature probe is directly installed in the junction box in the form of a solid module, forming an integrated transmitter. Integrated temperature transmitters are generally divided into two types: integrated thermistor temperature transmitters and integrated thermocouple temperature transmitters.
Integrated temperature transmitter is a combination of temperature sensor and transmitter, which converts temperature signals within the range of -200~+1600 ℃ into a two-wire 4-20mA DC electrical signal in a very simple way and transmits it to display instruments, regulators, recorders, DCS, etc., achieving accurate measurement and control of temperature. Integrated temperature transmitter is an updated product for temperature measurement and control in modern industrial sites and research institutes. It is an essential product for distributed systems and digital bus systems. The integrated thermocouple temperature transmitter has the advantages of simple structure, wire saving, large output signal, strong anti-interference ability, good linearity, simple display instrument, solid module seismic and moisture-proof, reverse connection protection and current limiting protection, and reliable operation. It can be produced as an explosion-proof type.
