3) Add 2 base station air conditioners to the distribution room and rotate them;

4) Add a centralized monitoring system in the computer room;

5) Add 2 (1+1 backup) precision air conditioners in the computer room;

In order to facilitate the long-term preservation of archival materials and limit the growth and reproduction of archival fungi as much as possible, the National Archives Administration has stipulated in the "Interim Regulations on Temperature and Humidity Management of Archives" that the temperature range of archival warehouses is14-24℃, relative humidity is45%-60%Traditional environmental control methods such as dry wet bulb thermometers and manual control methods have low work efficiency and poor effectiveness, and cannot meet the requirements of file management. Temperature and humidity sensors: Real time collection of temperature and humidity data in each warehouse, uploading the data to the monitoring host to achieve temperature and humidity control in each warehouse.

Leakage sensor: Real time monitoring and alarm of liquid leakage from equipment.

Air conditioning remote controller: realizes remote monitoring and control of air conditioning.

Dehumidifier: Control environmental humidity to prevent excessive humidity.

Access control system: Implement effective registration and management of entry and exit time for personnel entering the management area, so that only personnel with access rights can enter and exit the venue.

Alarm system: sound and light alarm, SMS alarm, telephone alarm.

Power monitoring: Real time monitoring and alarm of power on and off, with monitoring host containingups(Backup power supply) to ensure timely alarm in case of equipment power failure.
