Product Introduction
The integrated nozzle flowmeter is a new type of flow instrument that optimizes the assembly of traditional throttling devices and intelligent differential pressure transmitters, which complies with the national standard GB/T2624-2006 and the international standard ISO5167:2003. Users do not need to install additional pressure pipes when using the flowmeter. They only need to install the flowmeter on the pipeline to use it. It can be widely used for flow detection and trade measurement of various fluids such as steam, natural gas, hot water, gas, and liquid. The integrated throttling flowmeter not only has the advantages of good adaptability to traditional throttling flowmeters (applicable to liquids, gases, and steam), no moving parts, no need for real flow calibration (geometric measurement methods can be used for dry calibration), and measurement accuracy supported by national (international) standards, but also has the following advantages:
Due to the overall assembly of the instrument, measurement errors caused by on-site installation of the instrument are eliminated, and the failure rate is greatly reduced, making it a maintenance free instrument
The pressure conduit of the differential pressure transmitter is greatly shortened, which improves the dynamic performance of the instrument
Equipped with ISA1932 nozzle throttling components as standard, the flow meter has less pressure loss, longer service life, and an increased legal calibration cycle of 4 years
Specially suitable for measuring steam flow: no insulation or heat tracing is required when measuring steam. The ISA1932 nozzle throttle is more resistant to the impact and wear of high velocity steam, is not easily deformed, and has long-term reliable accuracy. And due to the absence of a condensation tank, there is no condensation water, completely eliminating the unpredictable measurement errors caused by the liquid level difference of condensation water on the positive and negative pressure sides in traditional steam throttling devices.
The integrated nozzle flowmeter can be used in conjunction with various flow display instruments and systems.
Wide range flow measurement with a range ratio of 10:1 within 1.0% accuracy
Equipped with dual differential transformers, wide range universal gas and steam flow metering with a range ratio of 20:1 within 1.0% accuracy
Bidirectional flow metering
Energy metering of steam, coal gas, natural gas, etc
Humidity compensation for wet gases, measuring the flow rate of wet gases and the dry part flow rate of wet gases separately
Adopting real standard coefficient compensation technology to achieve high-precision flow measurement (uncertainty ≤ 0.25%)
