Equipment Description
This cleaning machine is a fully automatic device, with the cleaning process controlled by PLC microcontroller. It consists of five ultrasonic cleaning tanks made of stainless steel material, a cold soaking tank, a steam bath tank, and a distillation recovery tank, which work continuously. The operator places the basket containing the workpiece onto the loading and unloading station, and the single arm robotic arm sequentially sends the cleaning basket to each process section. The workpiece is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning tank, cold soaking rinse tank, steam bath washing, and freeze-drying, and the cleaned workpiece is returned to the loading and unloading station.
