Compared with traditional processes, MBR has the characteristics of "three highs and one none", namely high integration, high self-control, high treatment efficiency, and no need for sedimentation tanks. MBR is plug and play, reducing the footprint by over 50%. MBR also achieves miniaturization and synergy of membrane scrubbing and aeration oxygenation.

MBR principle
MBR integrates efficient biochemical treatment technology with advanced microfiltration membrane separation technology. With the mechanical screening and deep filtration of membrane components, it can intercept 100% of the "main bacteria" for sewage purification, such as nitrifying bacteria, polyphosphate accumulating bacteria (PAOs), chemoheterotrophic bacteria, fungi, etc. It thoroughly separates hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge age (SRT), greatly accelerates the nitrification reaction process, promotes aerobic biological phosphorus uptake, and significantly improves the ability and efficiency of synchronous biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The suspended solids and turbidity of MBR effluent are approaching zero, and the fecal coliform group is stable at less than 3/L. Other indicators such as total nitrogen and total phosphorus are stable and better than the Class A standard of GB18918. They can be directly reused for landscape, greening, toilet flushing, car washing, etc. without disinfection, achieving pollution load reduction and domestic sewage resource utilization in one step.

MBR features
MBR adopts imported flat membrane material, which not only has better anti pollution ability and product service life than domestic MBR flat membrane and hollow fiber membrane, but also has extremely simple system composition and auxiliary equipment.

Domestic sewage treatment
The company adopts a mature and stable combination of biochemical and deep treatment technology to treat the sewage discharged from residential areas, schools and other places, and reuse it for flushing toilets, greening, landscaping, floor washing, car washing, etc., so that water resources can be comprehensively utilized. This not only reduces pollution, but also achieves good social and economic benefits, and has become a long-term strategic partner for multiple large real estate projects.
Save pipeline investment
Traditional residential water treatment requires the centralized treatment of sewage from several residential areas through a pipeline system. The equipment can be installed separately at each point in each community, saving investment.
Low operating costs
Compared to traditional processes, the equipment utilizes MBR (an efficient biochemical water treatment technology that combines biotechnology and membrane technology), which greatly saves consumables and electricity costs, effectively saving manpower.
