2-2Introduction to Process Flow
Domestic sewage flows into a septic tank and stays in the tank for a period of time before entering the hydrolysis and acidification tank. After organic matter decomposition, it flows into a regulating tank where water quality and quantity are regulated. Lift the sewage to the anaerobic tank through a pump, and mix it with the mixed liquid in the contact oxidation tank.
Nitrifying bacteria and reverse digesting bacteria become high-quality strains in anaerobic environments, degrading nitrogen-containing organic matter in wastewater. The mixed solution flows from the anoxic tank into the aerobic contact oxidation tank, and under the metabolic action of aerobic microorganisms, the organic matter in the wastewater is converted into carbon dioxide and water. After biochemical treatment, the sewage enters the sedimentation tank, where solid-liquid separation is completed. The separated clear water enters the mechanical filter tank, and a part of the sediment flows back to the anoxic tank to supplement microbial biomass, while another part is discharged to the sludge tank for regular external transportation.
