The HLP xxaS series integrated air-cooled chiller is designed for a water outlet temperature of 7 ℃ and an ice water outlet temperature control range of 0-25 ℃ (applicable to medium and high temperature series).
■ Unit Overview
The HLP xxaS series integrated air-cooled chiller is a type of refrigeration unit that uses a compressor to compress refrigerant and then condenses and exhausts heat through a condenser to cool the refrigerant to a medium temperature. After cooling, the refrigerant is then decompressed through an expansion valve and enters the evaporator for evaporation and heat absorption, thereby achieving refrigeration function. HLP-A series air-cooled box type chiller
The HLP-A series integrated air-cooled chiller unit adopts an air-cooled finned condenser, which does not require additional cooling towers and cooling water pumps. It has a simple structure, small footprint, and easy management; Mainly used for small refrigeration units, especially for units below 20HP.
■ Configure components
Compressor: Advanced fully enclosed turbo compressors or semi enclosed piston compressors are selected, which have long service life, high efficiency, are not easily damaged, and basically achieve maintenance free operation;
