Insulated boots and gloves voltage withstand test device/produced in TianjinAdopting a touch key form, the design is novel, the structure is compact, and the appearance is elegant. Adopting an intelligent LCD display temperature controller, the temperature control is fast.
Product Overview:
Insulated boots and gloves voltage withstand test device/produced in TianjinIt is a batch testing equipment for insulation boots (gloves) designed and produced by our company in accordance with the requirements of the "Preventive Testing Regulations for Power Safety Tools and Instruments" issued by the State Power Company, and continuously improving based on feedback from users. This product effectively solves the problem of non-standard testing in the past, improves work efficiency, and ensures work safety. It is a device for insulation boots (gloves) withstand voltage testing.
Product features:
1. Fast testing speed improves work efficiency
2. Can automatically identify non-conforming samples, with a high degree of intelligence
3. Can read the leakage current of each piece and accurately determine the unqualified insulation boots (gloves)
4. The bottom of the structure is equipped with casters, which can be moved freely
usage method:
After unpacking, fix the testing device and connect the grounding wire.
2. Before the experiment, fill the test sample with steel balls and adjust the electrode rod by locking the screw. Insert the electrode into the insulating boot (glove) and adjust the screw to make contact with the steel ball surface.
3. The remote control button "1" is the stop button, "2" is the start button, "3" is the boost button, "4" is the buck button, "5" is the timer button, and "6" is the backup button.
4. Connect the power supply, press the air switch, and the power indicator light will turn on. Press the "2" button, and the work indicator light will turn on. If it does not turn on, it means that the voltage regulator has not returned to zero. Please press the "4" button to reduce the voltage, then press the "2" button, and then press the "3" button to increase the voltage. When the desired voltage is reached, press the "5" button to start timing. When the buzzer sounds, press the "4" button, and the voltage regulator will return to zero. Press the "1" button to end the test.
5. The meter starting from the left is a high-voltage meter (KV), and the six meters behind are intelligent ammeters (mA). The corresponding indicator lights on the six meters (mA) are overcurrent indicator lights, corresponding one by one.
