1、 Overview of RH-II Ink Emulsifier:
The RH-II ink emulsifier is a specialized instrument used in conjunction with ASTM D4942 standard to quickly measure the water absorption of adhesive ink and its connecting materials in the laboratory. The instrument adopts a double frame stirring blade planetary stirring method, which achieves fine dispersion of immiscible liquid droplets in the tank through shear and dispersion, and circulates in the tank to obtain a uniform emulsified state. The instrument adopts programmable control, and the LCD screen displays the working parameters and operating status of the instrument; It has the characteristics of simple operation, reliable performance, and flexible and convenient use.
If the user has special requirements for the stirring blade speed, it can also be met by modifying the programming parameters (to be specified separately when ordering).

3、 RH-II Ink Emulsifier Operating Instructions:
1. Basic operation of the instrument:
(1) Place the instrument on a flat and stable desktop, plug in the power, turn on the power switch on the edge of the socket at the back of the instrument, and the LCD screen will display initialization information.
(2) The stirring blade part of the instrument installation can be lifted upwards for easy disassembly and installation of the stirring blade and removal and insertion of the container. If the stirring blade is accidentally lifted during rotation, the instrument will automatically stop running; If you want to resume operation after putting it back, please press the "Run" button again.
(3) When disassembling the mixing blade, first gently remove the rolling sleeve on the handle of the mixing blade downwards, and then you can remove the mixing blade downwards. When installing the mixing blade, please pay attention to the notch position on the mixing shaft and the notch position in the hole of the mixing blade handle. First, gently remove the rolling sleeve of the mixing blade handle downwards, insert the mixing blade handle into the mixing shaft, and gently swing it to align with the notch position, so that the rolling sleeve can be reset to its original positioning position.
(4) Before starting up, it is necessary to confirm that the mixing blade is correctly installed in place and that there is no contact between the mixing blade and the container. After the instrument is started, the stirring blade and container will start rotating simultaneously until the set number of turns, and the instrument will automatically stop running.
(5) After using the instrument, please clean it properly and turn off the power switch on the edge of the socket at the back of the instrument to cut off the power.
2. Button panel operation:
(1) When the power switch is turned on, the buzzer emits a "beep" sound, indicating that the instrument self-test is normal.
(2) Then the LCD screen will display some initialization information.
(3) When the LCD screen enters the operation interface, it displays as follows:
Operating speed: 90 r/min
Set the number of turns:
Number of operating cycles: 0000
Accumulated times: 00
(4) The default operating speed of this machine is 90r/min. If you want to adjust the operating speed, you can press the "speed selection" button, and the operating speed will cycle between 100, 150, and 90.
(5) To start the instrument, the first step is to set the number of working cycles of the instrument! You can lightly press the number keys on the keyboard to set the number of work cycles. The input for 'set number of turns' must be at least 4 digits, and' 0 'must be added before any less than 4 digits. For example, if you want to run 500 times, you should enter "0500". If you find that the input is incorrect, you can press the "reset number" key to cancel the current input.
(6) As long as the "set number of turns" is entered, the "run" button can be pressed to start the instrument operation. The "number of revolutions" automatically increases by 1 for each rotation of the stirring blade. When the number of rotations reaches the set number, the instrument automatically stops running, and the buzzer emits a "beep beep beep" sound. At the same time, the "cumulative count" automatically increases by 1, and the "number of rotations" is automatically reset for the next count.
(7) If the "stop" button is pressed during operation, the instrument will immediately stop running, but the numbers in "set number of turns", "running number of turns", and "cumulative number of times" will be retained. To continue running, simply press the "Run" button and the instrument will resume operation until the set number of turns is reached.
Press the "Run Clear" and "Accumulate Clear" keys to clear the numbers in "Run Cycles" and "Accumulate Times" respectively.
3. Attention:
(1) This machine is used for the testing process of chemical products. Before use, users should establish appropriate safety and hygiene protection measures in accordance with relevant safety regulations and determine rules and regulations. The safety issues related to contact with chemical raw materials should be established by the user and are not within the scope of this manual.
