Working principle

Wavelength modulated laser infrared micro water sensor (TDLAS).

Nitrogen with a certain humidity flows on one side of the material, while dry nitrogen (carrier gas) flows at a fixed flow rate on the other side; The humidity difference on both sides of the sample drives water vapor to permeate from the high humidity side to the low humidity side of the sample; The permeated water vapor is carried by the flowing dry nitrogen gas (carrier gas) to the infrared sensor; Sensors measure the concentration of water vapor in the carrier gas; Calculate parameters such as water vapor permeability of the sample based on the concentration of water vapor in the carrier gas.
