Function description and application
IRT KilnMonitor ® The infrared scanning temperature measurement system is a solution for infrared temperature measurement of rotary kilns in industries such as cement production, lime production, ceramics, mineral wool, steel, zinc recycling, and waste incineration. It can work in harsh working conditions and environments and is used for real-time temperature data acquisition, monitoring, processing, tracking, and control of rotary kilns. This system can monitor not only one rotary kiln, but also multiple rotary kilns simultaneously.
According to the selected field of view, install the core component of the system, the infrared thermal imager, at an appropriate position at a certain distance from the rotary kiln, and then transmit the measured infrared temperature and images in real time to the computer in the central control room.
System composition:
PYROVIEW infrared thermal imager control module, real-time temperature acquisition of rotary kiln
Input/output control module
Visualization module for rotary kiln (2D and 3D)
Thermal imaging analysis module
Historical storage module
Main functions of the system:
Can control several rotary kilns simultaneously;
Calculate the thickness of refractory bricks and brick lining based on actual shell temperature and historical records;
Hot spot tracking: If a hot spot is found in the thermal image of the kiln body, it means that the rotary kiln shell also has a corresponding hot spot. The hotspot image can be scaled, and the trend chart of the hotspot is correlated with the increase of temperature. The external blower can aim at hotspots and is controlled by system software;
Worst case thermal image: displays the highest temperature of the rotary kiln shell within a certain period of time
Alarm: Screen alarm display, buzzer alarm, external hardware alarm, OPC alarm
Historical records: Rotary kiln status (thermal image, refractory brick and brick lining thickness, alarm status)
Optional: LAN client server mode
Optional: Rotary kiln slip monitoring
2D thermal image analysis: point, kiln section, interval analysis (temperature, position, brick thickness, lining thickness), kiln section/interval/line/surface analysis (minimum/maximum/average temperature), no quantity limit
Historical record reference: Call the rotary kiln status history and display it on the screen as a reference for shell temperature and envelope curve, or as a difference image between the current thermal image and the historical thermal image
