1、 Working principle of industrial pure water purification equipment:
Using a customized high-pressure water pump with appropriate specifications for customers to pressurize raw water, generally to a pressure range of 5-20KG, allowing the raw water to enter the reverse osmosis membrane under pressure. Since the reverse osmosis membrane only allows water molecules with a volume less than 0.0001 microns to pass through, other chemical ions, bacteria, fungi, and viruses cannot pass through, thus achieving the purpose of water purification and desalination. Generally, the desalination rate of primary reverse osmosis water reaches 99%, and the electrical resistivity of the effluent is less than 10 μ Ω• cm.
2、 Equipment features:
1. The device can be freely switched between automatic and manual modes;
2. The raw water is automatically controlled by an electromagnetic valve for water inlet, and high and low level detectors are installed in the collection water tanks, which can achieve automatic and complete operation of the equipment without the need for dedicated personnel to be on duty;
3. The high-pressure pump adopts high and low pressure operation protection, which is linked with the liquid level detector and water pump in the water tank;
4. The effluent quality is detected online, and the equipment adopts sound and light alarms.
