1、 Product Overview
The ISW series horizontal centrifugal pump can meet the needs of users in narrow environments, with easy installation and use. The pump shaft concentricity and impeller have good dynamic and static balance, and there is no static and low noise during operation. Using silicon carbide and fluorine rubber hard alloy mechanical seals, the wall thickness of the pump body overflow part is thickened.
2、 Product Features
1. Efficient and energy-saving: ensuring efficient operation of the pump and improving its efficiency.
2. Smooth operation, safe and reliable: The motor and water pump are coaxial and directly connected, with high concentricity, ensuring smooth and safe operation.
3. Stainless steel shaft sleeve: The mechanical seal position of the shaft is relatively susceptible to corrosion. Once the direct coupled pump shaft is corroded, it can easily cause the mechanical seal to fail. The ISW pump adopts a stainless steel shaft sleeve embedded here to avoid corrosion, improve shaft life, and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
4. Bearings: The bearings in the motor equipped with the pump are all enclosed bearings, which require no maintenance or upkeep of the motor bearings during normal use.
5. Machine seal: Made of materials such as stainless steel silicon carbide and fluororubber. Balanced high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, long operating life, no leakage, no wear on the shaft, no accumulation of water and dirt, ensuring a clean working environment.
3、 Product Usage
This series of products can be divided into ISW horizontal water pump, ISWR horizontal hot water pump, ISWH horizontal chemical pump, ISWB horizontal pipeline oil pump, and ISWD horizontal low-speed water pump.
1. ISW pumps are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, fire pressure boosting, long-distance water delivery, HVAC refrigeration cycles, various water supply equipment, boiler matching use, for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties intended for clean water, with medium temperature T ≤ 80 ℃.
ISWR pumps are suitable for metallurgical, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotel, bathroom, boiler hot water boosting circulation and urban housing heating circulation, with medium temperature T ≤ 120 ℃.
3. The ISWH pump transports corrosive liquids with a temperature T ≤ 120 ℃.
4. ISWB pumps transport oil or flammable and explosive liquids, such as diesel, gasoline, kerosene, etc.
5. The ISWD pump is suitable for applications that require low noise and a temperature of T ≤ 100 ℃.
