Product Overview:

ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump is an efficient and energy-saving product designed and manufactured based on the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pump and pipeline pump, referring to ISO2858 and the new national pipeline centrifugal pump standard JB/T53058-93. The pump is optimized and designed using advanced hydraulic models in China. At the same time, based on different usage temperatures, media, etc., ISG type products are derived from hot water pump pipeline centrifugal pumps, high-temperature pipeline centrifugal pumps, chemical pumps, oil pumps, etc., which are currently standardized and promoted by the national standard.

application

1. ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump is used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire pressure boosting, and equipment matching. The operating temperature T is ≤ 80 ℃.
2. The IRG (GRG) type hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, restaurants, and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG operating temperature T is ≤ 120 ℃, and the GRG operating temperature T is ≤ 240 ℃.
3. IHG type pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for departments such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature is T: -20 ℃ -120 ℃.
4. YG type pipeline oil pump, used for transporting petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, etc., operating temperature T: -20 ℃ -120 ℃.

working conditions

1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0Mpa, or the high working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6Mpa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6Mpa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be separately stated when ordering. In order to use cast steel materials for the overcurrent components and connecting parts of the pump during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm
Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please specify when ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be used.
