The ISG, IHG, IHW, and ISW series single-stage single suction pipeline centrifugal pumps are selected by our scientific and technological personnel in conjunction with domestic water pump experts using excellent hydraulic models from China. They adopt the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pumps and are cleverly combined and designed on the basis of general vertical pumps. At the same time, suitable hot water, high-temperature corrosive chemical pumps, and oil pumps are derived from the ISG type according to different operating temperatures, media, etc. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance.

1. The pump is a vertical or horizontal structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters, located on the same centerline or at a right angle. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction cost. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise of the pump.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals. It uses imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials. The wear-resistant seal can effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system. Simply remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. Vertical and horizontal installation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

2. LH (G) type vertical pipeline chemical pump and IHW horizontal centrifugal pump are used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for stone transportation

The operating temperature range for departments such as oil, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, seawater engineering, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers is between 20 ℃ and 120 ℃
