Product use: This product meets the IP protection level IPX3/IPX4 for rain testing equipment for swing pipes. It is used to assess whether the casing and sealing components of electronic and electrical products can ensure good working performance after water testing or during testing. 3、 Working principle:
1. Swinging of the swing tube: driven by a stepper motor, PLC (imported parts) to drive the reducer, and set automatically through a programmable logic controller;
2. Workbench rotation: The motor drives the turbine to decelerate and rotate, thereby achieving the rotation speed of the workbench;
3. Nozzle: Determine the bending radius of the swing tube based on the size of the specimen. The nozzle is a detachable nozzle, and the spray hole can be replaced at any time according to the required aperture of the standard to ensure uniform and sufficient flow of water droplets emitted;
4. Waterway: When exposed to rain, drainage should be considered for open swing pipes. In civil engineering, it is best to consider the ability to quickly discharge without accumulating water. In addition, a storage tank of considerable capacity should be equipped to supply the testing needs;
