1. Product Usage
This product is suitable for testing electrical and electronic products that may be subjected to dripping or flushing during transportation, storage, or use. It is used to assess whether the sealing components such as the shell and cover of electrical and electronic products can be guaranteed after or during the water test; This test method is not applicable to corrosion testing and does not simulate large temperature differences between water and the specimen, such as increased water ingress caused by pressure changes and thermal shock. This experiment includes artificial rainfall tests based on natural conditions, but usually does not consider natural rainfall with strong wind speeds; Can serve as a reference for product technical standards.
2. Working principle
This laboratory consists of several parts, including a sample support rotating device, a sample power supply and control system, a drip tank simulation device, a water tank lifting device, a sample placement angle adjustment device, a swing pipe spray system, a water supply system, a handheld spray system, a spray protection wall, a swing pipe angle control device, a PLC, and a human-machine interface control system. During operation, only the human-machine interface is needed. The PLC controls the private server motor to drag the swing pipe and control the spray, drip, spray, and pressure solenoid valves according to the instructions sent by the human-machine interface. The PLC also receives the operation signal of the private server motor and automatically controls the forward and reverse operation of the private server motor according to the set swing pipe angle; If sample power on testing is required, simply set the required power on time on the human-machine interface, and the PLC will automatically control the on/off of the sample power supply, thus achieving the purpose of testing different waterproof levels and power on testing.

3. Test sample restrictions
This testing equipment prohibits the testing of samples containing flammable, explosive, and volatile substances; Tests for storing samples of corrosive substances, tests for storing organisms, tests for storing samples of strong electromagnetic emission sources, and storage.
