The equipment meets the testing requirements of GB/T10485-2007 standard and GB 11564-2008 motor vehicle reflex reflectors.

The equipment needs to be installed in a specially designed laboratory for manual simulated rain testing of the product, and the water inlet and waterproof facilities in the laboratory must be installed in place. Equipment can be used to assess and determine whether the enclosures and seals of electrical and electronic products, various electrical appliances, and lighting fixtures can ensure good working performance of the equipment and components after or during water testing. The device can simulate the external rainy environment and fully reproduce the impact of the external rainy environment on the product.
The artificial simulation rain test of the equipment does not include rainfall with strong wind speed, and does not consider the large amount of water inflow caused by the temperature difference between the test sample and the rainwater temperature.
The equipment can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control.

4、 Test box structure
1. The box type rain test equipment is made of stainless steel material and processed into shape. The equipment consists of a box, a swing tube bracket, a swing tube transmission mechanism, a rotary tube transmission mechanism, a working rotary table, and an electrical control part. The box, rotating table protective cover, and control box are made of 1.5mm SUS304 stainless steel hairline plate
2. The equipment is designed and installed with a set of 800mm diameter swing pipes, which are bent from stainless steel pipes and can swing back and forth. At the same time, water controlled at a certain flow rate and pressure is sprayed out through the nozzle on the swing pipe to conduct water tests on the test samples.
3. The equipment is equipped with a set of water storage devices of considerable capacity to supply the swing pipes and rotary pipes required for water spraying during the experiment. The water suction motor injects water pressure from the water tank into the pipeline, and maintains the specified flow rate and pressure by adjusting the pressure relief valve to spray from the nozzle of the swing pipe.
4. The equipment is equipped with a 10A six group power supply system and power supply, which can be used for lighting tests. The lighting test time can be set cyclically.

5、 Control system
1. This box type rain equipment adopts a programmable LCD controller to control the swing angle and frequency of the swing tube, the rotation speed of the turntable, the selection of the rotary tube and swing tube, the on/off of the sample, and the time cycle setting, effectively ensuring that the test runs according to the standard; The control system is equipped with Schneider execution components;
2. The swing tube, rotary tube, and turntable have independent control systems. The swing tube and rotary tube have interlocking systems in circuit control. If the swing tube is selected, the rotary tube cannot be started, and if the rotary tube is selected, the swing tube cannot be started;
