The IK07-10 Pendulum Tester/Large Pendulum Impact Tester is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 2423.55 "Environmental Testing for Electrical and Electronic Products - Part 2: Test Methods - Test Eh: Hammer Impact Test", clause 4 "Test Eha: Pendulum", and IEC60068-2-75 standard, and is suitable for evaluating the robustness of products according to electrical safety clauses. This testing device is widely used for IK strength testing of the outer shell of lighting products (IEC60598, GB7000.1), mechanical impact strength testing of metal sheets such as transformer cabinets, non-metallic electrical cabinets, and outdoor equipment.
Technical Specifications:
Distance between the pivot axis of the swing tube and the axis of the impact element: 1000mm
Structural principle: The sample is placed normally, the impact point is adjusted, the impact device is positioned, and the swing rod is released to allow the hammer head to freely impact the sample
The impact energy, equivalent mass, and drop height are shown in Table 2

IK07-10 Drop Height
The IK level is defined as IKXX, where "XX" represents the number of protection levels that the shell can provide against external mechanical impacts, ranging from 00 to 10. Different IK levels involve the shell's resistance to Joule measurement impact energy levels (J). IEC 62262 specifies how to install the tested object, requires ventilation conditions, the number and distribution of impact hammers, and the corresponding impact hammers for each level
•The external mechanical protection level is as follows:
| IK07 | IK08 | IK09 | IK10 | IK11 (optional) |
| 2J | 5J | 10J | 20J | 50J |
LISUN Lishan offers two specifications of IK large pendulum testers:
Standard model (electrically operated): IK07-10
• Easy version (manual operation): IK07-10S
Note:
Both of the above models can be optionally equipped with an IK11 (50J) hammer head as needed.
For impact energy tests not exceeding 2J, we recommend using the IK01-06 spring impact hammer
