All pumps in this series are single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pumps designed in accordance with international standards DlN24256 and IS02858, except for HY type liquid pumps
Outside the pump, it is horizontally and axially sucked in. Spit out radially from the top. Performance range (design point): flow rate of 3.2-400m3/h, head of 5-200m. The temperature of the conveying medium is generally between 20 ℃ and 105 ℃. According to different working conditions, users can choose the corresponding pump type and corrosion-resistant materials.
The components in this series that come into contact with the medium are commonly made of the following materials: cast iron, cast steel, 2 Cr13、0Cr18Ni9、1Crl8Ni9、OCrl8Ni9Ti、1Cr18Ni9Ti、OCrl8Ni12Mo2Ti、40Cr、1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、Ti( Titanium, Monel OOCr17Ni12Mo2Ti、 Hastelloy B alloy, 0Cr25Ni20, F5 series alloy, 20 alloy steel, OCr25Ni, F46, FEP, PVDF, UHMWPE, etc.
IH (IS) type chemical pump: Its rated performance points and dimensions are equivalent to international standards. It is an updated product determined by the Ministry of Machinery Industry to replace the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fibers, etc. for transporting corrosive or non polluting media.
The material used for the overcurrent part of the IHF fluoroplastic reinforced alloy chemical centrifugal pump medium is FEP, PVDF and other materials with high temperature and strong corrosion resistance. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, smelting, power, electroplating, printing and dyeing, pesticides, papermaking, food, chemical fiber, etc. to transport various corrosive media of arbitrary concentrations such as acids, liquid alkalis, and strong oxidants at temperatures ranging from 80 ℃ to 200 ℃ for a long time.
HJ (IJ) series corrosion-resistant alkali pump: It belongs to the same type as the IH type promoted by the country. Especially suitable for working conditions such as alkali industry, steel industry, acid industry, petrochemical industry, synthetic fiber and plastic industry, paper industry, fertilizer industry, pharmaceutical industry, environmental protection, etc.
IN type urea melting pump (insulation pump): suitable for conveying melted urea solution in fertilizer plants, and can also be used for conveying other corrosive liquids without suspended particles. The temperature of the medium is allowed to be between 20 ℃ and 180 ℃, and there are insulation sleeves on the front and rear sides of the pump. Steam insulation at 0.59MPa and 170 ℃ is allowed.
ZH (ZXB) type temperature resistant and wear-resistant self-priming chemical centrifugal pump: Our company has developed and produced similar excellent products at home and abroad. The pump has good stability. The self-priming speed is fast. Suitable for conveying corrosive media with solid particles less than 3 millimeters at temperatures ranging from 0 ℃ to 150 ℃. If the conveying medium contains particles or fibers of more than 3 millimeters, our ZW series non clogging self-priming pump can be used.
IHR type printing and dyeing pump (high temperature pump): It is a specialized pump product for printing and dyeing equipment. Suitable for transporting printing and dyeing liquids and hot water from 0 to 150 ℃.
IEC type dilute acid pump: The structure refers to the technology of German FRlATEC company, and the material of the overcurrent part can use various special engineering plastics, which have high temperature and strong corrosion resistance performance. Widely applicable to industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, smelting, electric power, electroplating, printing and dyeing, pesticides, papermaking, etc., for long-term transportation of various corrosive media such as acids, liquid alkalis, strong oxidants, etc. at any concentration under temperature conditions of 85 ℃ to 200 ℃.
HCQ type magnetic drive pump: has good interchangeability with IH pump, making it convenient for customers to replace. The traditional shaft seal has been eliminated, transforming the complex dynamic seal into a reliable static seal and eliminating the phenomena of running, emitting, dripping, and leaking of shaft filling. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, dyes, papermaking, environmental protection, metallurgy, electricity, and chemical engineering.
SAJ type chemical process pump: It belongs to the same type as the nationally promoted lH type. Added a secondary impeller power seal device. Mainly suitable for transporting various highly corrosive media containing certain particles.
MHT type chemical pump: The design is the same as HJ type alkali pump, using open or semi open impellers. Suitable for transporting corrosive media containing certain particles.
HY type chemical centrifugal submersible pump: designed with IH type hydraulic system, with impeller types of closed, semi open, and fully open for users to choose from. When the submersible depth exceeds 2 meters, a shaft connection structure and multi-point support can be used. The submersible depth can reach 6 meters.
