1、 Introduction to WDK type hydrochloric acid quantitative control system:

In the process of controlling the shipment, whether settlement transactions are conducted by quality or volume, various real-time data such as temperature, visual density, flow rate, flow pulse, corresponding kilograms, liters, and flow meter readings can be provided simultaneously, and reported on the communication network for future reference and accounting.
There are two shipping methods: barrel and bulk, and the barrel quantity can be customized for barrel shipping.
In order to improve the accuracy of fluid settlement and control, temperature compensation adopts a 2-second fast method.
The powerful configuration software of the machine can regulate the first, second, and multiple valves and oil pumps on site, minimizing the water hammer and vibration of the equipment. The slow start, constant current maintenance, full speed opening, and slow closing processes during the control process avoid the static electricity hazard caused by spraying oil, as well as the overshoot and water hammer generated when closing valves and oil pumps, solving the control accuracy problem of a small amount of oil replenishment. The entire process achieves smoothness and stability.
Due to the installation and use of the lower computer in semi outdoor environments, from the perspective of equipment safety, three-level anti lightning and anti-static measures are adopted in the circuit design. When encountering the process of instantaneous high current climbing, the discharge, current blocking, voltage reduction, and transient suppression of the circuit will provide maximum protection for the machine. Secondly, the power supply circuit located inside the explosion-proof enclosure has added modules to resist electromagnetic interference. The hardware and software design of the microcomputer also adopts watchdog (WDT) processing technology, greatly improving the stability of the machine's operation
To improve the transparency of the oil delivery, all parameters inside the machine are open to users. The operator can know any parameter inside the machine through the keyboard on site.
In terms of shipping safety, the machine is designed with static grounding and oil spill protection circuits. When the grounding detection resistance is greater than 100 Ω, the machine's oil delivery is terminated; Stop the oil delivery of the machine when the oil level of the oil truck reaches the predetermined height during the oil spill protection detection. In terms of design, not only are the alarms and controls for static grounding and oil spill protection detection interlocked; It also interlocks the alarm and control for over temperature, over flow rate, and over surge. This type of alarm information and detection alarms for valves that cannot be opened or closed tightly in the control system are recorded and reported to the communication network for future reference.

3、 Characteristics of WDK type hydrochloric acid quantitative control system:
Regardless of how many machines there are in the lower computer, only one communication cable needs to be buried, which is connected to the nearest workstation through ADAM-4520 remote communicator by the system workstation. The rest only need to be connected between the lower computers, which brings great convenience to on-site installation.
Static grounding overflow monitoring is mainly used in the liquid filling process of oil depots and chemical production units. In the face of hazardous locations and liquids, the equipment is designed with explosion-proof and intrinsic safety methods: the chassis adopts an explosion-proof operation box with the symbol Ex (ia) dIIBT4; The probe and grounding clamp are of intrinsic safety type, with safety barrier symbol (ia) IICT6. Monitor and control the static grounding and liquid overflow during the liquid canning process to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of the production process.
During the process of liquid canning, static electricity is safely grounded using grounding clamps, and a grounding resistance detection of less than 100 Ω is considered effective grounding; Otherwise, the grounding is invalid, and an audible and visual alarm prompt will be given, and the output control signal will interrupt the liquid filling process.
