- The gas electric electronic column micrometer is a digital measuring instrument designed using embedded microcontroller technology. It is suitable for various specifications of gas measuring heads from 0.5-2.0, automatically calibrating the magnification, eliminating the tedious manual calibration process, and can replace float type gas measuring instruments with various magnifications. By adjusting the magnification, the gap changes caused by wear can be compensated for, maintaining measurement accuracy and increasing the service life of the gas probe. The detection results are directly displayed on a high brightness LCD screen, which can display both actual and relative values simultaneously. The red, green, and orange light columns can visually display the deviation of the measured size within its tolerance zone. It has measurement data storage and query functions, as well as data printing and output functions. Equipped with R232 interface, it can directly communicate with the upper computer. After connecting with the computer, SPC analysis can be performed on the measurement results.
