1. Connect the power cord, press the "Power" button, and the indicator light will turn on.
2. According to the sample, select the measurement range, hang or remove the weight on the swing rod, and adjust the switch handle of the buffer valve to the appropriate position.
3. According to the shape and size of the sample, insert the corresponding jaws into the upper and lower jaw seats.
4. Roll up the recording paper on the drum of the renderer (this only needs to be done when needed).
5. Start the oil pump and unscrew the valve of the oil delivery supplier Hebei Dahong Experimental Instrument Co., Ltd. to raise the test bench by about 10mm, then close the oil delivery valve. If the test bench is already in the raised position
When setting, there is no need to start the oil pump to deliver oil first, just close the oil delivery valve.
6. Clamp one end of the sample into the upper jaw (adjust the balance weight if the sample is heavy).
7. Start the oil pump and adjust the pointer to align with the zero point of the dial.
8. Start the motor, lift the lower jaw to the appropriate height, and clamp the other end of the sample in the lower jaw (be careful to make the sample vertical).
9. Put down the drawing pen of the push rod and enter the drawing state (only when necessary and adjust the drawing ratio).
10. Slowly open the oil delivery valve according to the required loading speed for the loading test.
11. After the sample fractures, close the oil delivery valve and stop the oil pump from working.
12. Lift the pen that records the numerical values.
