TG-801AThe hot wire testing machine is used to test the fire resistance characteristics of materials and finished products. The heating wire itself serves as a source of ignition. The temperature of the heating wire is set and controlled by a temperature controller. During the experiment, the temperature controller was operated in manual mode to generate a specified voltage signal on the manipulated variable (heating wire), thereby avoiding generating feedback on the reference variable (thermocouple) on the temperature controller. The temperature of the heating wire can be set from room temperature to1000 ℃. According to the IEC 60584-2 standard, the temperature of the heating wire is measured using a K-type armored thermocouple (Class 1). During the experiment, the sample moved towards the hot wire at a constant speed of 11mm/s and then returned. The 30 second heating time is controlled by a timer. Use a force of 1N to pull the sample holder towards the hot wire. The power supply is 230VAC ± 10% (50Hz). Other technical conditions can be provided if needed.
