1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.6MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.

7Preparation before starting the horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump:
1. Test whether the motor rotation is correct. When viewed from the top of the motor towards the pump, it rotates clockwise. The test time should be short to avoid causing mechanical tightness

2. Open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump body with liquid, and then close the exhaust valve when it is full.
3. Check if all parts are normal.
4. Manually rotate the pump to allow lubricant to enter the mechanical seal end face.
