Product basic structure:

This heat exchanger consists of upper and lower end covers, outer tubes, steam inlet tubes, condensate outlet tubes, and horizontal floating coils. The upper and lower end covers and outer tubes are made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, while the horizontal floating coils are made of copper tubes that have been formed multiple times. The heat exchange tube bundle is connected to the main body by bolts.

Steam enters the parallel horizontal floating coil through the steam inlet pipe, condenses and releases heat inside the coil, and then enters the condensate outlet pipe. The lower part of the condensate outlet pipe has a condensate supercooling device, and the water is introduced through the inlet pipe set on the lower end cover. After being bent, it enters the cylinder from top to bottom, is heated, and flows out through the outlet pipe set on the upper end cover.

Product Usage

This product has two forms of heat medium: steam water and water water heat exchange.

This heat exchanger is also suitable for heating, air conditioning, and hot water supply systems in industrial and civil buildings such as hotels, restaurants, offices, factories, mines, schools, military units, hospitals, etc.
