

Working principle of WQS horizontal airflow screen
The WQS air flow screen is also known as a horizontal cyclone screen or horizontal air flow screen powder machine due to its horizontal shape. The net is cylindrical and placed inside the machine body. After the material passes through the spiral conveying system, it is mixed with the air flow and atomized into the net cylinder; By using the wind turbine blades inside the mesh tube, the material is simultaneously subjected to centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion force, thereby causing the material to spray through the mesh and be discharged from the fine material discharge outlet. Materials that cannot pass through the mesh tube are discharged from the coarse material discharge outlet along the wall of the mesh tube. Cyclone screens are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, metal powders, and non-metallic materials.

WQS Horizontal Airflow Screen Installation, Operation and Debugging:
After long-distance transportation of the equipment, all fastening bolts should be checked and tightened. When the screening machine is lifted and moved to a fixed position, attention should be paid to the overall horizontal position of the screening machine. Otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the screening machine.
2. There are no special requirements for the equipment foundation, and it can generally be placed on a cement floor and used directly.
3. Connect the purified compressed air to the air filter joint using a pressure resistant (P=0.1MPa) rubber hose.
4. The connection method used in conjunction with other equipment adopts threaded rubber hoses, coarse cloth, synthetic fiber pipes for soft connection, or can be directly connected to pipelines.
Before starting the screening machine, check whether the end cover, observation hole, and various connecting parts are loose, and whether the connecting interfaces are well sealed.
6. Pay attention to observing whether the screening machine rotor (fluidized strip) and the reducer that drives the screen frame to rotate (referring to FSQWZ type) rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine body, and ensure that they are correct before operation.
