Digital paper supply module

Page Tower
The page matching tower supports single sheet page matching, book sticker page matching after folding, and is equipped with a remote wireless remote control, which does not require frequent personnel movement and can monitor the quality of the book at any time. Connected tower type suction and page feeding module: 20 grid double towers are used for simultaneous page feeding, adopting suction rotor feeding method and equipped with independent air pump. The paper feeding module adopts 36cm double tray, which can be staggered left and right or vertically fed, and has online non-stop automatic waste discharge function.

Cutting knife
Using servo motor drive to ensure high-speed and precise cutting. The tail of the cutting blade is equipped with a hair dryer, which can suck the paper scraps into the paper scrap box, ensuring the cleanliness of the cutting area and improving the life of the cutting blade. The finished product tray has a preset stacking and differentiation function, and the operator can set the quantity freely for easy counting and packaging.
