The ventilation pipe is designed according to the thickness of the soil layer (H3), with three types of designs: 0.0m, 0.5m, and 1.0m. 0.0m is suitable for southern regions, 0.5m is suitable for central regions, and 1.0m is suitable for cold regions.
The performance of hood type ventilation pipes can be divided into four points:
1. Discharge the gas inside the drainage pipeline to meet hygiene requirements;
2. The ventilation pipe replenishes fresh air into the reservoir, water tank, and drainage pipeline to reduce corrosion of metal pipes and extend their service life;
3. Reservoirs and water tanks should be equipped with at least two ventilation pipes to improve the drainage system's capacity, prevent the formation of stagnant water, cross contamination, reduce pressure fluctuations, protect water seals, and prevent water seal damage;
4. It can effectively discharge the water vapor and gas in the reservoir and water tank, and the built-in gauze mesh can prevent vectors, insects, and dust from entering and damaging the water quality.

1. The design gas flow rate of the ventilation pipe is 5m/s, and the average gas flow rate of the filter (mesh, cloth) layer is 0.75m/s. The filter cloth should be sewn with the same material during installation, and the inner cover can be made of non-metallic materials.
2. The ventilation pipe is designed with three thicknesses of soil cover (H3): 0.0m, 0.5m, and 1.0m. 0.0m is suitable for southern regions, 0.5m is suitable for central regions, and 1.0 is suitable for cold regions.
3. The rust removal after welding should be made according to the customer's design requirements.
4. Ventilation caps in areas with conditions can be made of fiberglass or stainless steel materials according to design requirements to achieve good performance and extend their service life.
