Installation and usage instructions
1、 On site preparation:
1. Preparation of hot stamping power supply and cables;
2. Prepare 2 500W soldering irons;
3. Operators and supervisors are in place;
4. After the completion of the inclined tube filling hot welding, the large volume will occupy a lot of space, and a storage area should be reserved in advance;
2、 Hot welding operation
1. Open the packaging of the inclined tube packing, place the first piece of inclined tube packing flat on the ground, take the second piece of inclined tube packing and place it on top of the first piece of packing. Check the cut of the inclined tube packing, which must be at a 60 ° angle and in a hexagonal honeycomb shape. After checking, start to heat and bond the adhesive points;
2. All flat joints at both ends of the hexagonal honeycomb should be hot pressed, and at the joint of the two flat surfaces on both sides, more than four points should be hot pressed. In the middle of the two inclined tube filling surfaces, more than four points should be welded to ensure a firm welding;
3. Pay attention to the operation rhythm during hot stamping, control the temperature well, and do not miss the number of hot stamping points;
4. Each inclined tube packing is packaged as a separate hot stamping unit, and after the hot stamping is completed, it is neatly stacked on the site;
5. Make sure to cut off the power supply of the soldering iron during the break and place it safely;
3、 Safety precautions
1. Pay attention to personal safety and prevent burns and electric shock when hot connecting the contact points;
2. The hot welding operation requires at least two people to be present, assist each other, and cooperate with the operation;
3. The hot welding operation must be carried out in an open area, and there must be a guardian during construction;
