1、 System composition
This system is suitable for comprehensive testing of motors with voltage levels of 1140V, 3300V, 6000V, 10000V, and motor capacity below 1000KW. It tests parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during no-load operation of the motor, as well as electrical strength, insulation resistance, DC resistance, and turn to turn impact. It is operated in real time by an industrial control computer and displays the parameters of the tested product. The system mainly consists of a power cabinet, a three-phase oil immersed electric voltage regulator, a high-voltage starter cabinet, a motor no-load test bench, and wires and cables. The power cabinet, three-phase step-up transformer, cables, etc. are provided by the purchaser.
II System workflow
The customer provides the power cabinet, which outputs a low voltage of 380V and inputs it into a three-phase oil immersed electric voltage regulator. The regulator has an output regulation range of 0-660V and a capacity of 300KVA. By using a three-phase oil immersed step-up transformer and outputting it to a high-voltage motor through a high-voltage cabinet (10000V, 300KW), it is suitable for testing high-voltage motors. The output signal of the high-voltage cabinet is connected to the motor test bench through the voltage and current transformer inside the cabinet. By using the voltage, current, and power acquisition modules of the motor testing platform, the collected data is communicated to the industrial control computer to achieve intelligent control, acquisition, statistics, and printing of the system.
