The main function of this system is to perform no-load testing on high-voltage motors (with a maximum current range of 200A, a maximum voltage range of 10KV, and a maximum power of 1000KW). The system is mainly divided into three parts: power supply (shared), high-voltage voltage transformer, current transformer, boost transformer control cabinet, and test bench main cabinet (shared).

2、 General technical requirements:

1. The protection level of the shell is IP40, and the protection level between the shell and the partition is IP2X.

2. The current transformer 200A/5A, voltage transformer 3KV, 6KV, 10KV/100V have a measurement level of 0.2; The protection level is 5P10.

Test bench operation cabinet: Inside, there are mainly three-phase electrical parameter testers, industrial computers, displays, etc. The integration and processing of test data, as well as the generation of reports, are all implemented by software. At the same time, it also has absolute control over the entire system.

The entire system controls the on/off state of the test power supply between the outputs of the voltage regulator.

3. Other safety testing items for high-voltage motors, such as power frequency withstand voltage, DC resistance, insulation resistance, inter turn, etc., are manually tested with corresponding instruments separately equipped.
