When the valve is used in gas or low viscosity liquid media, the ZZY type self operated pressure regulating valve is usually installed upright on a horizontal pipe, and only installed upside down or diagonally when space does not allow.
For the convenience of on-site maintenance and operation, there should be appropriate space around the pressure regulating valve.
When the medium is clean gas or liquid, the pre valve filter may not be installed.
When the diameter of the pressure regulating valve is too large (DN ≥ 100), there should be a fixed bracket. When it is confirmed that the medium is very clean, part 3 may not be installed.
When the position is not feasible, the bypass valve (manual) can be omitted (we do not recommend it).
6. After the valve assembly, users can choose to equip check valves, safety valves, etc. as needed.
When the valve is used in steam or high viscosity liquid media, the ZZY type self operated pressure regulating valve is usually installed upside down on a horizontal pipe, and the condenser (steam self operated) should be higher than the actuator of the pressure regulating valve and lower than the front and rear connecting pipes of the valve. The condenser should be filled with cold water before use, and water should be added approximately once every three months thereafter.
