Equipment Overview:

Working Principle:
The material is transported to the feed chute at the kiln head and enters the rotary drum through the chute, where it effectively contacts the drum wall and undergoes heat transfer and exchange. The material is first dehydrated and dried, and then heated to a certain decomposition temperature before starting to undergo calcination and decomposition. The decomposed gas is discharged by the decomposition gas induced draft fan, and the product moves forward through the slow rotation of the drum and the special form of cutting plate inside the drum, and is discharged from the kiln tail. The decomposed gas contains a small amount of product dust that is captured by a pulse bag filter and discharged from the bottom star shaped discharge machine, while the captured water vapor is discharged into the atmosphere by a induced draft fan.
