Technical features: This device is applicable to all CT and CTL series models. Adopting mechanical structure transmission, the upper roller can operate synchronously with the machine. According to the different materials of the cut pieces, plastic toothed rollers or rubber flat rollers can be selected for use. For cutting pieces with high elasticity, such as elastic bands, it is recommended to use toothed rollers; For cutting pieces with low elasticity in sewing, such as ordinary fabrics, it is recommended to use rubber surface rollers to avoid tooth marks. Except for CT-6542/RP which uses flat rollers, unless otherwise specified, this device adopts toothed rollers with standard specifications of 30 teeth for the upper roller and 15 teeth for the lower roller. If you need a flat roller, please indicate it when ordering. This device is driven by the internal mechanism of the vehicle body, so it cannot be supplied separately.
