High speed punching machines have fast stamping speeds, usually between 200-1200 times/min. There are four types of machines suitable for use with high-speed punching machines: high-speed clamp feeders, high-speed roller feeders, high-speed NC servo feeders, and high-speed gear feeders.

1、 High speed clamp feeding machine——Commonly used feeding models for high-speed punching machines

Advantages: Fast feeding speed, up to 1200 times/min, can fully utilize the high-speed stamping performance of high-speed punching machines; Integrated molding structure, higher feeding accuracy; The clamp type clamping material method will not cause indentation or deformation on thin materials and sensitive materials with delicate surface requirements; The feeding step distance and relaxation angle can be adjusted during the continuous stamping process of high-speed punching machines, which is fast to adjust and easy to operate.
2、 High speed roller feeder——Equipped with high-speed punching machines and cost-effective feeding models

Advantages: Compared with other models, the high-speed roller feeder has a lower price and is an economical feeding model. The feeding speed can reach up to 500 times/min, the feeding accuracy is high, the failure rate is low, and the stability is good.
Disadvantage: A relaxation rod device needs to be installed on the slider of the high-speed punch press, so many gantry punch presses are not suitable for installation; The speed is limited, and adjusting the step distance and feeding time is relatively cumbersome.
3、 High speed NC servo feeder——Multi stage feeding, long step feeding, suitable for a wide range of material thicknesses

Advantages: The feeding step distance can be freely set from 0 to 10 meters, meeting the requirements of long-distance high-speed stamping; Equipped with multi-stage feeding function to meet the production needs of multiple workstations; We can customize various thickness models from 0-9.0mm to meet the high-speed stamping needs of thick plates.
4、 High speed gear feeder——Special high-speed stamping machine for motor stator and rotor, silicon steel sheet, and EI sheet

Advantages: The feeding machine has a fast speed of up to 800 times per minute; Multiple types, suitable for high-speed feeding of various wide board materials; Easy debugging operation, high accuracy, and stable performance.
Disadvantage: It is a specialized model and is mainly used for high-speed stamping production of motor stator and rotor, silicon steel sheet, and EI sheet.
