SHR series high-speed hot mix machine

The SHR series high-speed mixer is mainly used for the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin, coloring and drying of polyethylene and polypropylene particles, drying of moisture absorbing resins such as ABS polycarbonate before molding, and mixing of phenolic resins. It is one of the essential equipment for plastic processing plants and has a wide range of applications in industries such as rubber, pharmaceuticals, and dyes.

1. 1) The high-speed mixer pot body is made of 304 stainless steel, with an extremely smooth and hard inner surface, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and not easy to stick to materials.
2. 2) The material of the high-speed mixer pot cover is ZL102 cast aluminum, and the inner surface has been precision machined and polished, making it less prone to material sticking and easy to open.
3. 3) The material of the stirring blade is cast from stainless steel and refined through dynamic and static balance tests.

7. 7) The hot mixing pot cover of the high-speed mixer adopts double sealing, which is reliable in sealing, resistant to high temperature, and does not deform.
