Warranty terms:

1. Under normal operation, the pump is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery to the customer, and accessories such as pressure regulating valves and pressure gauges are covered by a three-month warranty. During the warranty period, the supplier provides free services.

2. Malfunctions caused by the following reasons are not within the warranty period, and paid services can be provided according to customer requirements:

1) Malfunctions caused by misoperation by the demand side or third parties

2) Conventional vulnerable parts (water seal, oil seal)

3) Malfunctions caused by the installation of spare parts from other manufacturers

4) Malfunctions caused by unauthorized disassembly by the purchaser or a third party

5) The use of the pump and its accessories exceeds the scope of use specified in the manual

Instructions for Use

1. The pump should be installed on a flat machine base with an angle of less than 15 degrees to ensure lubrication conditions

2. Confirm the inlet size of the high-pressure pump piping, and the diameter of the inlet pipe should be 1.5-2 times the inlet size of the pump. The inlet and outlet of the pump must be equipped with hoses to avoid pressure and fluctuations generated by the system. Avoid bending the pipeline and install an accumulator.

3. The water supply pressure should be between 1.5-8kg/cm2. The water supply temperature is below 70 ° C. The water supply system of the high-pressure pump must prevent air from entering to ensure that the pump components are not damaged.

Rotation direction: The rotation direction of the high-pressure pump is the direction in which the top of the pulley must face the pump head.

4. Before starting the motor pump system, the following must be done

1) Check if the crankcase lubricating oil is normal. If the oil level indicator of the gearbox has only one line, the oil level should not be lower than the line, but not higher than 5mm above the line. If the oil level indicator of the gearbox has two lines, the oil level should be between the two lines.

2) Confirm that all valves in the pipeline have been opened, and the medium can flow into the inlet of the pump, draining the air inside the system.

3) The operation of the high-pressure pump is not allowed to exceed the specified pressure, flow rate, and speed.

4) Before spraying, the high-pressure nozzle should confirm whether the spraying direction is safe. If there are unsafe factors, they should be promptly eliminated to ensure safe production.

5. When the working environment temperature is close to freezing point, the water in the high-pressure pump system should be drained after the work is completed. To remove moisture from the pump and facilitate placement in a freezing environment, the pump can operate for no more than 10 seconds without water ingress.

6. For systems equipped with overflow valves, the overflow pipeline must be a flexible hose, and the overflow pipe should not be connected to the inlet of the pump, but should be connected to a water tank or sewer.

7. When using a water storage tank for water supply, a hose of less than 3 meters should be used for the suction pipeline, and the water level should be set higher than the height of the pump. If the water supply pressure cannot reach the required pressure, it is recommended to use a booster pump.

8. Clean water should be used as the source of water supply, and filters should be used on the water supply pipeline to prevent the inhalation of foreign objects.

9. Before operating the high-pressure pump, the pressure regulating valve should be relaxed first, and then the pressure should be gradually increased as needed after operation.

10. Lubricating oil for refueling should use SAE30 or lubricating oil of the same level as this.

11. The inlet filter should be regularly inspected and cleaned.

12. All moving parts of the plunger pump must not be in a dry state.

13. High pressure pumps are not allowed to use acidic, alkaline, or corrosive liquids (except for stainless steel pumps).
