1、 Equipment principle
The equipment combines mechanical pressure filtration and heat source drying into one, The sludge is pumped into the filter chamber through a plunger pump for preliminary filtration; Add a heat pump drying system to the equipment, equipped with a (vacuum) negative pressure suction device. After initial filtration, turn on the heat pump and vacuum suction device to destroy the sludge cell wall and dry the sludge. The filter plate is made of metal material, which is resistant to high temperature and high pressure and has a long service life. The filter plates are sealed with high temperature and high elasticity rubber. After initial feeding and filtration, the pressure can be increased by increasing the pressure(10Mpa)Further compress the space of the filter plate to achieve secondary mechanical dehydration.
