The powder collection efficiency is high, the investment cost is low, and most of the fine dust can be isolated during the powder collection process. The cyclone powder collector collects and quantitatively discharges powder, effectively reducing the pressure loss of the entire wind power system. Users can also choose a "bypass powder collector" based on the dust content of the finished product to reduce the dust content.
After the raw ore material is finely crushed, it is sent to a small silo by a hoist, and then uniformly and continuously fed into the main grinding room by a vibrating feeder. The shovel picks up the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. Under strong centrifugal force, the grinding roller rolls and crushes the material, which can grind it all at once. After grinding, the fine powder is brought into the analyzer for sorting with the circulating air. The fine and coarse materials fall back for regrinding. The qualified fine powder enters the finished product cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged through the powder outlet pipe, which is the finished product.
